Stately Sustainability

The owners of this traditional Arts & Crafts-style residence in Berkeley are noted architects, so they had plenty of ideas about how to retain the home’s original charm (and many of its original features and fittings) while introducing a healthy dose of color, quirkiness, and planet-friendly modernity. We collaborated closely with them to completely remodel the kitchen, re-conceive and rebuild the pantry, and overhaul the primary bath. We believe the results are stunning, and Architectural Digest agrees!
