It required two phases and several months, but when MN Builders and OXB Studios were done, this outdated home in a great location had transformed into a family-friendly home with a design, style, and function that matches its fabulous bayside setting. Downstairs, we opened up the kitchen and living room to create a larger gathering space and provide better access to the outdoors. Upstairs, we redesigned the layout to create a kid’s playroom and a second ensuite bathroom with new finishes throughout.
