Modern by the Bay

A large apartment in a great urban location was in sore need of some TLC, so when the owners moved out, we moved in, armed with plans for a contemporary, comfortable interior. A key ingredient to the success of this project, and indeed to all the best construction projects, was clear communication and collaboration between architect and builder.
