In another successful collaboration with Alexis Davis Millar, MN transformed the backyard of this impressive Piedmont property that uniquely spans two streets. The renovation centered on replacing an aging swimming pool with a family-friendly design, featuring safe access for children and an integrated spa. The comprehensive project included strengthening critical retaining walls, adding beautifully integrated concrete terracing, ipe decking, and planting beds. Two new secure entrances completed the renovation, enhancing access from the rear of the property without compromising safety.
