A Heartfelt Restoration

Custom-built in the 1960s, this hillside Orinda house holds many precious memories for the family that calls it home. Working with Blue Truck Studios, we focused on strengthening the building envelope to protect against climate change and increased fire risk without taking away any of the property’s charm. The project also included refreshing interior surfaces throughout, along with new master bathroom and kitchen installations, ensuring this beloved home will continue providing comfort and security for generations to come.
